TORONTO (March 2015) – 2015 marks the Terry Fox Foundation’s 35th Anniversary year. To commemorate this milestone year, they have retained Toronto-based full service agency Scratch to improve and enhance the organization’s brand.

The Foundation celebrates Terry Fox as one of Canada’s greatest humanitarians. They host a multitude of events throughout the year, including the annual Terry Fox Run for cancer research that takes place throughout the world in the fall, and the Marathon of Hope initiative in April sponsored by all 127 Running Room stores to organize fundraising events with individuals running to raise awareness and to hopefully find a cure.

Scratch will work to rebuild the website to improve user-friendly navigation and efficiency; revise the donation process; improve the site’s architecture; enhance SEO; and develop event creative. The agency will modernize and remodel all the digital assets while working with the Foundation to develop new fundraising techniques.

Glenn Vogelsang, the Director of Marketing & Social Media at the Terry Fox Foundation, has commented about retaining Scratch:

“I can’t thank them enough. I am truly looking forward to Scratch and their team helping focus our message, and take Terry’s story and cause to the next level. ”

The brand revisions built and designed by Scratch will seek to promote the organization’s cause.
